Ladies Program

The Ladies of the Roy Champeau Council are looking forward to the 111th Arizona Knights of Columbus State Convention in May 2018 at Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort in Oro Valley.
The committee has partnered with Catholic Community Services- Pio Decimo Center for this year’s program.
Pio Decimo was established in 1946 and has grown into a dynamic hub of community activity. Today, Pio Decimo provides support and solutions to help community members grow and thrive.
The Pio Decimo Center helps individuals and families make lasting, positive change in their lives.
For the youngest community members, they provide childcare and early childhood education. They help children start school with confidence, ready to learn.
At the Youth Center, teens find recreational activities, skill-building classes, and mentors. These resources can help them navigate the bumpy road to adulthood without relying on gang membership or drugs.
For families, Pio Decimo offers practical solutions to complex problems. Their programs help to reduce poverty, prevent homelessness, and encourage home ownership.
And for seniors, they provide safe and affordable housing in active, caring communities.

The Executive Director of the Pio Decimo Center, Marcia Zerler, has happily agreed to be our guest speaker at the luncheon. She will be discussing the history, mission, goals and accomplishments of Pio Decimo.
